About the seminar

HTF in conjunction with Bircham Dyson Bell will be hosting a one day seminar looking at the practicalities for community groups, Preservation Trusts, and other interested parties in light of the right to bid element of the Localism Act and how this will affect those organisations interested in acquiring historic buildings for their local communities from Local Authorities.

Topics covered will include the Localism Act, community right to buy, the process, partnership funding, care, new uses for your building, and how to make it a sustainable project. Speakers will include lawyers from Bircham Dyson Bell, funders, neighbourhood planning experts and case study examples.
